  1. Warranty Coverage SorenessFlow provides a limited warranty for massage chairs purchased directly from sorenessflow.com. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard warranty is:
1-Year Limited Warranty (from the date of delivery)
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including:
  • Electrical components (control panel, wiring, power supply)
  • Mechanical parts (motors and internal moving mechanisms)
  1. What’s Not Covered This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear (upholstery wear, scratches, cosmetic changes)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly/maintenance, or unauthorized modification
  • Commercial/rental use
  • Damage caused by improper voltage, power surges, or third-party accessories
  • Damage after delivery caused by moving/relocation or self-arranged shipping
  • Any items marked as non-warranty on the product page
  1. Shipping Damage / Dead on Arrival (DOA) If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos/videos of:
  • The issue
  • The outer carton/packaging
  • The shipping label
  1. How to Submit a Warranty Claim Email: service@sorenessflow.com Include:
  • Order number
  • Name used at checkout
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/videos
  • Serial number (if available)
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
  1. Remedies If a covered defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
  • Provide troubleshooting guidance
  • Send replacement parts
  • Offer repair support (remote guidance or local service where available)
  • Replace the product (in rare cases)
  1. Costs & Responsibilities
  • For confirmed warranty issues, we cover replacement parts and standard shipping for those parts.
  • Labor/on-site service availability varies by location; responsibilities will be confirmed before arranging service.
  • For non-covered issues, the customer may be responsible for parts/shipping/service costs.
  1. Transferability This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by law.
  2. Legal Rights This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are disclaimed.
